Refusal of Service
I. The Artist reserves the right to refuse service at any time and will inform the Client of any refusal.
II. Commissions involving subject matter the Artist will not depict will be declined.
III. The Artist may refuse a Commission if it does not fit their style or content preferences, with or without explanation.

Subject Matter
I. The Artist accepts commissions of all ratings. Contact the Artist with inquiries about specific subjects. Characters depicted in Mature to Adult-rated artwork must be 18 or older.
II. The Artist may decline to depict copyrighted characters.
III. Private Commissions may incur an additional fee and will not be posted or distributed. Do Not Post (DNP) agreements are permanent unless both parties agree otherwise.

Copyright, Usage, and Alterations
I. The Artist retains full rights to reproduce or post the artwork (e.g., prints, portfolios, promotional material, subscription sites). The Client will be credited unless they request anonymity.
II. Alterations to the final Commission (e.g., removing the signature, recoloring) are prohibited without the Artist's permission.
III. Credit must be given to the Artist, "Oouna". The Client may use commissioned pieces for personal, non-commercial purposes.
IV. For an additional fee, the Client may obtain commercial usage rights for the artwork.
V. The artwork may not be sold or purchased as an NFT.
VI. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved by the Artist.

Prices and Payment
I. Prices are subject to change and listed as base prices.
II. Additional fees may apply for complex characters or content.
III. Edits requested after the initial sketch phase may incur extra charges.
IV. Payment is processed through Square, with PayPal as an alternative. Prices are in USD.
V. The Artist will send an invoice, and payment must be completed before work begins. Payment plans must be agreed upon and may incur additional fees.
VI. Upon completion, the Client will receive high-resolution files for personal viewing and lower-resolution files for posting, plus any agreed-upon variants.

Cancellations and Refunds
I. The Artist may cancel a Commission if it cannot be completed satisfactorily, providing a full or partial refund based on the completion stage.
II. The Client may cancel the Commission before work begins or during the preliminary sketch stage for a full or partial refund. No refund will be given if the Commission is canceled during the later painting stages.
III. The Artist may cancel a Commission if the Client behaves inappropriately.
IV. The Client must confirm acceptance of a Commission within 48 hours of being contacted.

Force Majeure
If the Artist cannot fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, they will be relieved from obligations and any refundable funds will be returned. The same applies to the Client.
